AmesWorks is run by Lorraine Ames, Director, an experienced paraplanner and technical specialist with a long career in UK financial services. Lorraine is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (FPFS).

I have worked in the financial planning profession since the early 2000s, with experience as a Chartered Financial Planner and pension transfer specialist before moving into senior paraplanning and technical leadership roles. My work has included leading paraplanning teams, overseeing technical standards, reviewing complex advice, and supporting advisers across a wide range of client situations.
